Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Below you'll find information about what happens when you delete your account and how to proceed.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account and profile information
  • All cloud-stored data (separated stems, uploaded audio)
  • Your active subscription will be cancelled

Local projects saved on your device will not be affected and will remain available on your phone.

Option 1: Delete From the App

  1. Open DrumShell and go to your profile
  2. Tap the menu icon and select Delete Account
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 24 hours.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you can no longer access the app, send an email to hello@drumshell.app from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion" in the subject line.

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 48 hours.
